Where hotel information and offers come from
Selldir is an independent platform. It is not owned by, and does not represent, any hotel, booking platform or supplier.
1. Supply sources Selldir is built for
Selldir may receive hotel information, availability, pricing or booking access from different kinds of sources: accommodation providers, booking platforms, wholesalers, affiliate partners, direct hotel relationships and other legitimate supply partners. Which sources are used can differ by destination, date and hotel.
2. What is connected today
Live offer comparison and verified price-drop detection are not available yet. Demo comparisons use fictional sample prices only.
3. Selldir does not claim completeness
Selldir does not include every hotel or every provider in the world, and does not claim to. When offers are available we describe the lowest price we found among the offers we verified for your search — never “the cheapest price in the world” and never a guaranteed lowest price.
4. Hotel, offer and provider are separate
A hotel is a place. An offer is one priced, dated option for that place. A provider is the source of that offer. One hotel can have several offers from several providers, each with its own room type, board, cancellation policy, payment terms and currency.
5. How booking works
Direct hotel requests require an eligible real offer. Receiving or accepting a request does not confirm or hold a room. Only hotel confirmation with a reference confirms a booking. Instant booking is unavailable; Selldir collects no payments.
6. Prices and availability change
Prices, taxes, fees and availability come from the source of the offer and can change at any time, including between the moment Selldir receives them and the moment you open the provider's site. Converted amounts are shown for comparison; the amount charged is the one the provider shows.
